Interpretation of abdominal examination in Shang Han Lun·Jue Yin disease

目的:探讨厥阴病腹诊内容与厥阴病病机特点的密切相关性,为临床诊治厥阴病提供理论依据。方法:就工作中所接触的病例对厥阴病的病机特点进行分析,并结合腹诊内容加以总结。结果:厥阴病的病机特点如厥热胜复、上热下寒、里寒外热等,其腹诊要点均有不同表现。厥阴病之厥证的腹诊分为热厥、寒厥、水厥、痰厥、蛔厥之腹诊,临床上对厥阴病的诊治应首先掌握厥阴病腹诊部位,如虚里、胸膈、心下、腹中、小腹等。结论:运用腹诊对验明厥阴病机本质,推断病理转归,测试病情预后,合理组方遣药,提高疾病的诊治水平,具有较好的临床意义。

Objective：To discuss the close relativity between abdominal examination and pathogenesis characteristics of Jueyin disease,providing a theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of Jueyin disease.Methods：Analyzed pathogenesis characteristics of Jueyin disease based on cases at work.And combined with the contents of the abdomen examination to summarize.Results：Pathogenesis characteristics of Jueyin disease such as alternate cold and heat,heat in the upper and cold in the lower,internal cold and external heat and so on have different manifestations of abdominal examinations.The abdominal examinations of syncope consist of heat syncope,cold syncope,water syncope,phlegm syncope and ascariasis syncope.The first thing of clinical diagnosis and treatment should be locating abdominal examination parts,such as Xuli,Xiongge,below the heart,belly,lower abdomen,etc.Conclusion：Abdominal examinations play an important role in identifying Jueyin disease,deducing pathological characteristics and outcomes,testing patients＇ condition prognosis,proper prescription and improving diagnosis.
