中西医结合治疗小儿迁延性腹泻疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating PD in children in the integrative medicine

目的:观察中西医结合治疗小儿迁延性腹泻疗效,为今后的治疗提供依据。方法:对入院接受诊疗的52例迁延性腹泻患儿分两组治疗,第一组给予西医疗法,给予患儿金双歧联合思密达治疗;第二组给予参苓白术散合并金双歧、思密达的中西医结合治疗。结果:结合治疗组有效率明显高于单纯用药组,且无不良反应。结论:中西医结合治疗小儿迁延性腹泻可取得较好疗效,应得到广泛使用。

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of the integrative medicine,and take is as the consideration.Methods：To separate clinical cases into two groups,the control group taked Jin ShuangQi plus Smecta;the second group taked the Shenling Baishu San more.Results：The second group achieved much more better clinical effects.Conclusion：The integrative medicine is a better choice in treating PD.
