活血化瘀中药联合治疗脑梗死的疗效分析

The efficacy of Chinese medicine in treatment of cerebral infarction

目的:分析活血化瘀中药联合西医治疗方法对脑梗死疾病患者的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析我院收治的102例脑梗死患者的临床资料,其中,对照组(常规西医治疗)48例,观察组(西医联合活血化瘀中药丹红注射液治疗)54例,对比分析两组患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组与对照组的总有效率分别为92.59%、70.83%,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,且有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:活血化瘀中药联合西医对于治疗脑梗死患者,能有效改善患者的预后、疗效确切、安全可靠,值得向临床推荐。

Objective：To explore the clinical effect of Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine for treatment of cerebral infarction disease.Methods：The clinical data of 102 patients with cerebral infarction were retrospectively analyzed;48 patients in the control group were given western medicine treatment,54 patients in the observation group were treated with Chinese medicine Danhong injection,the clinical efficacy of two groups were observed.Results：After treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was 92.59%,higher than that in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine to treat patients with cerebral infarction can effectively improve the prognosis of patients,it has important clinical value.
