溃疡性结肠炎是一种病因尚不十分清楚的直肠和结肠慢性非特异性炎症性疾病,病变主要限于大肠黏膜与黏膜下层。临床表现为腹泻、粘液脓血便、腹痛。对本病的治疗目前有效的西药是氨基水杨酸类、皮质类固醇激素和免疫调节剂,但疗效欠佳且存在一定的毒副作用。汤建光教授运用中医药治疗溃疡性结肠炎取得了较好的临床疗效。本文介绍汤教授治疗溃疡性结肠炎经验,以期推广。

Ulcerative colitis is a chronic non-specific inflammation of the rectum and colon disease that its cause is not yet very clear.lesions are mainly limited to the colonic mucosa and submucosa.Clinical manifestations was diarrhea,mucus,blood and pus,and abdominal pain.The effective modern medicine was aminosalicylates,corticosteroids and immunomodulators at present for the treatment of ulcerative colitis,but efficacy was poor and there are certain side effects.Professor Tang Jianguang achieved good clinical efficacy on treating ulcerative colitis in TCM.This article describes the treatment of ulcerative colitis experience of professor Tang,in order to promote.
