通常链斗式挖泥船左右 4个边锚从甲板上出索 ,其对换泥驳工作带来很大麻烦 ,同时影响挖泥效率 。
In the bucket dredge the cables if 4 side anchors are normally paid out from the deck level. It causes troubles to the operation of mud barge and influences the efficiency of dredging. Using the underwater outlet device can solve this problem.
