摘要
基于英飞凌16位单片机cx164cs,使用矢量控制,将永磁同步电机应用到洗衣机中,根据洗衣机洗涤和脱水对于转速和转矩的要求不同,使用了id=0和弱磁两种不同的电流控制方式。在弱磁控制中,为了减小芯片的处理压力,使用了一种简单的超前角弱磁。在洗衣机洗涤和脱水之前要进行称重,使用了一种全新的称重方法,通过检测高低速电压电流值来返回不同值的方法检测重量,取得了良好的效果,整个控制方案可行。
Based on cx164cs,which is a kind of 16 bit MCU and produced in Infineon,the vector control and PMSM were applied to pulsator washing machine. Because of the different requirements of torque and speed for washing and dewatering,two methods were used to control machine, id =0 and weaking magnetic. In order to reduce the pressure of MCU, a kind of weaking magnetic was used, advance angle weak magnetic. Before the washing machine running, it need to weigh the clothes,though detecting voltage and current when the machine is running, using this method to weigh,the effect is remarkable. The whole scheme is feasible.
