基于相电压重构的三电平PWM整流器的研究

摘要 在简化三电平空间矢量脉宽调制算法的基础上,提出了三电平整流器输入相电压重构的占空比模型,并以此求得整流器控制中所需的虚拟磁链;针对虚拟磁链计算过程中的积分初值问题,采用3个并联一阶低通滤波器组成的新型虚拟磁链观测器,可使所得磁链幅值无差且无相移。实验结果证明了磁链观测器的可靠性和基于虚拟磁链控制方案下三电平整流器良好的动静态特性。 Based on the simplified three-level SVPWM algorithm, the output voltage reconstruction duty cy- cle model was proposed and the virtual flux which is needed in three-level rectifier control can be calculated; considering the integral process of initial value problems for virtual flux calculation, a virtual line-flux-linkage observer using three one-stage low-pass filter instead of pure integrator is steady to get phase and amplitude. Its reliability and favourable dynamic and static characteristic are proved by experiments.
