摘要
在变频器方式电机试验系统中,变频电源需要进行频繁的电机启停操作。特别是在电机热试验中,电机需要快速停机以满足试验要求,因此,变频电源需要具有快速停车的功能。依据对制动转矩和制动过程时间的要求,着重介绍了电机试验电源制动单元的分析及计算,并且在实际工程中进行了应用。结果表明,依据计算过程得到的制动单元参数,满足电机试验快速制动的要求。
In the motor test system, itPs need for frequent motor start-shutdown conditions. Especially in the motor thermal test, the need to quickly stop for motor test is very important. Therefor, itPs need to test the system with a quick stop function. Based on the system for the braking torque and time requirements, the inverter DC braking unit was analyzed and calculated, and carried out in practical engineering applications. The results show that this calculation based on the parameters of the braking unit meet the requirements of the mo- tor test.
