摘要
提出了一种适用于复杂工况下基于连续视频的非接触式应变检测方法,对高密度聚乙烯结构发泡材料进行蠕变特性试验研究。通过记录试样上标记的像素变化来确定试样的伸长量,从而得到试样的蠕变变形量,最终得到高密度聚乙烯材料在自然条件下的蠕变规律。该方法能够记录试样的连续变化情况。
This paper presented a non-contact strain measurement study creep characteristics of high density polyethylene structure the sample marked pixel changes to determine sample elongation, get the creep law of a high density polyethylene material unde method based on the continuous video which used to foam material sample in complex conditions, through thus to get the specimen's creep deformation. Finally r natural conditions. This method is able to record continuous changes of the length of the sample. [ Ch,8 fig. 1 tab. 9 ref. ]
