摘要
通过对香烟包装生产线卷接机组的供料成条、卷制成型、接装和重量控制装置的电气控制系统工作原理及协同工作进行分析研究,得出卷接机组电气控制系统对提高烟支质量有着重要作用,并结合生产实际情况对卷接机组电控系统进行改进,实现了香烟卷接生产的自动控制,保证了产品生产质量。
The paper made a comprehensive analysis about the electric control system working principle and the cooperation between every control method in feeding into strips, rolling forming ,joining and weight con- trol of cigarette packing line. And obtained the conclusion that the electric control system played an important role in improving the quality of the cigarettes. The paper also made some improvements to the electric control system depended on the real condition could achieve the rolling-joining system of cigarette into automation, and guarantee the production quality.
