摘要
解淀粉芽孢杆菌具有抑制真菌与细菌的能力,广泛应用于果蔬保鲜,是具有较高研究价值和开发潜力的微生物。本文对近年来解淀粉芽孢杆菌的分离鉴定、应用、功能成分提取与鉴定等方面的研究进行了总结。
