摘要
为了解决用于饮料、啤酒的金属罐的内喷涂保护膜的厚薄不均匀性问题,通过对设备操作、工艺设定的经验分析,对喷涂功能模块的性能进行细化分解,对可能出现的问题进行分析和提出解决措施,然后对照标准进行最小量化生产的设定,有效控制转罐速度的均匀性和喷涂压力的均匀性,实现三片罐、两片罐的涂膜的厚薄均匀,并且是最小喷涂量,满足涂层的各项质量要求。最小喷涂量的设置可以节约的涂料最少有10%。
In order to solve the problems of nonuniform thickness of inside spray coating protective film of met- al can for beverage can and beer can, through the experiential analysis of the operation of equipments and the process setting, refined and disassembled the performances of spray functional modules, and analyze potential prob- lems and have the solutions, then according to the standards to set a minimum quantization production, effectively controlled the uniformity of the can rotating speed and spray coating pressure,the thickness of films are even for 3- pcs can and 2-pcs can,and it is the smallest quantity of spray coating,meets the various requirements of quality of coating layer. The minimum amount of spray coating to be set, it can be saved the paint 10% at least.
