基于模糊理论综合分析的核电轮槽铣床可靠性评估 被引量:1

摘要 基于核电轮槽铣床可靠性数据样本量小,存在可靠性数据模糊的情况,所以可靠度不能利用传统的评估方法进行可靠性评价,即提出了一种基于模糊理论综合分析的可靠性评估方法。通过建立核电轮槽铣床可靠性模型,规定各相对子系统权重,确定各个子系统之间的相对关联矩阵,由以上工作,得到核电数控轮槽铣床可靠性评估的公式和对各子系统可靠度模糊化处理,并可确定相应各子系统之间的关联矩阵和权重矩阵。最后应用实例证明该方法可对核电轮槽铣床可靠性进行模糊评估。 The credibility of nuclear power wheel groove milling machine can not be assessment by traditional method because its reliable data samples is small and the situation of reliable date is ambiguous.Therefore,a new reliable method based on analyzing the ambiguous theories is put forward.By setting the reliability modal of nuclear power wheel groove milling machine,every related weight subsystem is provided,the related incidence matrixes among every subsystem are confirmed.The reliability prediction formula of the nuclear power wheel groove milling machine is got,and the fuzzy processing on the credibility of every subsystems is done.The related matrix and weight matrix of every subsystem among every subsystem are confirmed.Finally,It is proved that the reliability of the nuclear power wheel groove milling machine is estimated by the method.
