IGBT逆变电源CO_2气体保护焊低飞溅的控制与实现

摘要 针对CO2气体保护焊焊接过程存在的飞溅大、成形差的缺点,以IGBT逆变弧焊电源为基础,对CO2焊短路过渡过程的动态信息参数电压、电流、信号进行分析、研究,确定了通过短路过程电弧的电参数来判别短路开始、颈缩、重新燃弧等不同阶段的信号源。结果表明:基于IGBT逆变CO2电源的电流波形控制,能够实现电流波形的分段精细控制,达到稳定焊接过程,减小飞溅,改善焊缝成形的目的。 Based on the IGBT inverter arc welding power,aiming at disadvantages of large spatter and imperfect forming during welding process of CO2 gas shielded arc welding,the dynamic information parameters such as current,voltage and signal in short-circuit transfer process are analyzed and researched.By means of arc electric parameter in short-circuit process to distinguish different phase signal source of short-circuit starting,droplet necking,arc reignition.The results show that based on current waveform control of the IGBT CO2 inverter power,the current waveform precise control could be realized,could achieve stable welding process,could reduce the weld spatter and could improve weld forming in practice.
