摘要
内燃机车柴油机连杆螺钉在加工完成后成品交验前,要求进行预拉伸试验,在连杆螺钉拉伸现状调研和先进的拉伸技术分析基础上,综合应用机械设计理论知识,完成以液压系统为动力源的内燃机车柴油机连杆螺钉拉伸机设计。该项设计实现了连杆螺钉拉伸及伸长量的精确控制,是一项实用的新型设计,可在内燃机车制造厂、配件厂及机务检修车间等场合推广使用。
It needs pre-drawing test after completing the processing products and before accepting to use for the linkage screw of diesel engine in locomotive.Based on the analysis of current situation investigation link screws drawing and advanced drawing technology,the theory knowledge of machine design is comprehensivein used,the design of hydraulic drawing machine for the linkage screw on diesel engine in locomotive using the hydraulic system as power source is completed.This design is a new type of practical design and can complete the drawing of linkage screws and is able to control the length exactly.It is a practical design of this new type,which can be used in diesel locomotive manufacturing plants,parts factory and maintenance workshops practically.
