起重机金属结构的概率极限状态设计方法

摘要 传统的起重机设计主要是对起重机金属结构的设计,我国引进起重机一直沿袭了前苏联的设计理念,至今仍然采用许用应力设计法,设计安全裕量大,结构笨重,能耗高。20世纪70年代以来,一些工业发达国家的起重机设计逐步过渡到了半概率法和近似概率法。通过对概率极限状态法的介绍和极限状态法在起重机设计中的应用介绍,为该方法在起重机设计中的应用提供有益的借鉴。 Crane design in the traditional mainly refers to metal structure design.Since the crane design was introduced to china,the design philosophy of former Soviet Union has been followed.Untill today,the design method of crane in china is still stress design method.By this method,the security allowance is large,the structure is unwieldy and the energy consumption is high.Since the 1970 of the 20th century,crane design has been transited to half extreme value theory and approximate extreme value theory in some industrialized countries.Through the introduction for probabilistic limit state method and application of limit state method in design of crane,it provides a salutary reference for crane design.
