药灸配合足部护理对糖尿病足的效果观察

Effective Observation on Diabetic Foot Treatment by Both Traditional Chinese Medicine and Moxibustion with Foot Nursing

目的客观评估药灸配合足部护理糖尿病足的临床疗效,为中医护理糖尿病足提供一定的参考依据。方法 60名患者随机分为试验组与对照组,试验组用"中药内服+艾灸+足部护理",对照组采用控制感染、改善微循环及局部西药湿敷。两组患者均予西医基础治疗控制血糖。结果对照组总有效率为70%,试验组为90%,两组总有效率比较,试验组优于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论药灸配合足部护理糖尿病足能够促进溃疡面生长及愈合,减轻患者足部疼痛等各种不适,而且中医特色明显,易于操作及推广,易被患者接受,是改善和护理糖尿病足的一种理想方法 。

Objective It can provide referring information to assess impersonally the effectiveness of diabetic foot treatment by both traditional Chinese medicine and moxibustion with foot nursing. Methods The 60 selected patients of DF were randomly divided into two groups, experimental group and control group. Experimental group used traditional Chinese medicine ＋ moxibustion ＋ foot nursing. Control group used controlling infection, improving the microcirculation and partial damp-dressing. Both groups got basic treatments. Results The effectiveness in control group is 70% and 90% in experimental group. There was an obvious differentiation （P 〈 0.01 ） between two groups. Experimental group is better than control group. Conclusions DF treatment by both traditional Chinese medicine and moxibustion with foot nursing can improve ulcer development, and relief foot paints, so it is current effective method to treat DF in terms of nursing.
