养精种玉汤加味治疗排卵障碍性不孕的临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment Ovulation Barrier Sterile of Adds Yangjing Zhongyu Decoction

目的探索中西医结合治疗排卵障碍性不孕的方法。方法 130例排卵功能障碍性不孕患者随机分成治疗组(西医对症治疗和促排卵治疗基础上用养精种玉汤加味)65例,对照组(仅用西医对症治疗和促排卵治疗)65例,比较中西医结合与单纯使用西医药的治疗效果,并用SPSS13.0对疗效做卡方检验。结果治疗组排卵率为92.31%,妊娠率为61.54%,优于对照组(66.15%,38.46%),排卵率和妊娠率的差异均有显著意义(χ2=13.510,P=0.000;χ2=6.923,P=0.009),诱发排卵和妊娠效果(OR值),治疗组分别是对照组的6.140倍和2.560倍,中西医结合与单纯使用西医药的总体疗效的差异亦有显著意义(χ2=14.271,P=0.001),中西医结合疗效更好。结论养精种玉汤加味具有促排卵功效,在西医对症治疗和促排卵治疗基础上,加中药养精种玉汤加味的中西医结合方法治疗排卵障碍性不孕具有明显优势,可以在临床推广。

Objective To explore the method that integrates Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） and western medicine to treat Ovulation Barrier Sterile. Methods 130 cases were divided into treatment group 65 cases and control group 65 cases at random sampling by clinical study. The control group was treated by western medicine uniquely, which induced ovulation and treated the symptoms. Base on treatment of western medicine, the treatment group was treated by Acids Yangjing Zhongyu Decoction. In addition, the curative effects of the western medicine and the integrative one were compared and Chi-squarc test was used with SPSS13.0. Results Ovulation rate of treatment group was 92.31% , and pregnancy rate was 61.54%. They both were better than control group （66.15% , 38.46% ）. The curative effect was remarkable （ for ovulation rate, Chi-square value was 13.510, probability value was 0. 000 ; for pregnancy rate, they were 6. 923 and 0. 009 ; and for general effect, they were 14. 271 and 0. 001 ）. Odds ratio of ovulation inducement was 6. 140, and the one of pregnancy was 2. 560. The effect of integrative medicine was better. Conclusion Adds Yangjing Zhongyu Decoction has efficiency of inducing ovulation. It has remarkable strength and will be good promoted in clinic for treatment Ovulation Barrier Sterile that integrative medicine which on the basic of western medicine for ovulation inducement and symptoms treatment, using Adds Yangjing Zhongyu Decoction.
