香砂六君子汤治疗小儿再发性腹痛40例疗效观察

The Clinical Observation of Children Recurren Abdominal Pain Treated with Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction for 40 Cases

目的观察香砂六君子汤治疗小儿再发性腹痛的临床疗效。方法 79例患儿随机分为两组,治疗组给予香砂六君子汤口服;对照组给予妈咪爱(枯草杆菌二联活菌制剂)、颠茄合剂口服,疗程4周。结果治疗组治愈率27.50%总有效率95.00%;对照组治愈率5.12%总有效率64.10%;两组治愈率及总有效率比较差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论香砂六君子汤治疗小儿再发性腹痛疗效显著。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction in treating children recurrent abdominal pain. Methods 79 children were randomly divided into 2 groups. The treatment group was received oral Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction and the control group was received oral plus MaMiAi and belladonna. 4 weeks a course of treatment. Results The cure rate and total effective rate of the treatment group was 27.50% and 95.00%. The cure rate and the total efficiency of the control group was 5. 12% and 64.10%. The cure rate and the total efficiency of two groups with highly statistically significant difference（P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction in treating children recurrent abdominal pain has a significant effect.
