Thinking About Catfish Effect ——Discussing Strategy of Talent Administration in PE Faculty

采用文献资料、专家访谈、逻辑分析等研究方法,分析了"鲶鱼效应"(CatfishEffect)的基本内涵,指出"鲶鱼效应"原理的应用对高校体育院系人才管理具有重要意义,但在实施中应注意协调人才供与需、引进与培养、外部"鲶鱼"与内部"鲶鱼"、外部"鲶鱼"与"沙丁鱼"等的关系。

With the methods of literature, expert interview, logical analysis and so on. The paper analyzed the con- notation of catfish effect. It also pointed out the application of the principle has important signification in talent ad- ministration in PE faculty; however, we should harmonize, while carrying out the strategy, the relationships between demand and supply, introduction and cultivation of talent, also the catfish of outside and inside, catfish and sardines.
