摘要
学校对科研成果的刻意追求以及现行的职称评审制度,客观导致脚踏实地教学的教师越来越少,教学质量严重下滑。通过查阅文献资料以及专家访谈,从安徽省高校体育教师实行"教学型"高级职称的背景、目的、依据、意义出发,结合当前安徽省高校体育教师职称情况与职称评审体系现状,提出了安徽省高校体育教师实行"教学型"高级职称的评审模型设想,其主要包括三个方面内容:教学评价方面;科研方面;课外实践方面。为各高校解决科研与教学矛盾,提供一定的参考。

I through using the method of literature and expert interview, the college physical education teachers in Anhui province to implement the " teaching" of senior background, purpose, meaning, basis, combined with the current situation of College Physical Education Teachers in Anhui province title and title appraisal system present situation, proposed the Anhui province university sports teachers "teaching" senior professional titles evaluation model imagine, which main- ly consists of the following three aspects : teaching evaluation ; research ; extracurricular practice. For the university to solve the contradietion between teaching and scientific research, to provide some reference.
