摘要
步入21世纪,人才成为社会发展的第一资源。高等院校在培养和教育人才中起着不可替代的作用。体育教师是高校教师队伍中重要的组成部分,通过调查内蒙古12所高校体育人力资源的实际情况,从聘用、绩效评价、激励形式、培训、人才流失五个方面展开调查,从中发现问题并提出相应的建议和改善措施,为今后内蒙古自治区高校体育教师的可持续发展尽自己一份微薄之力。
Stepping into twenty - first Century, talents become the first source for social development. University and colleges in training and education plays an irreplaceable role. Teachers of sport teachers in Colleges and universities is an important part of this survey, in 12 Inner Mongolia universities sports human resources, from hiring, perform- ance evaluation, incentives, training, brain drain five investigation, to find out problems and put forward the corre- sponding suggestions and measures for the future the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, sport teachers in Colleges and universities the sustainable development of their own meager strength.
