体育强国建设背景下高校体育的困惑与出路

The Perplexity and Way Out of College Physical Education under the Background of the Construction of Powerful Sports Nation

利用文献资料法对高校体育的相关研究进行分析,发现在建设"体育强国"大背景下,高校体育出现了"学生体质下降、学生运动兴趣与习惯脆弱、高校与职业体育严重脱节、学生体育深度素养严重不足和高校体育与大众体育错位"等问题。通过论高校体育与"体育强国"的关系,以及高校体育内部诸要素关系,得出高校体育今后发展应加强"确立课程的教育属性和功能,明确体育课程与课外体育活动的关系,试验体育社团性质的准实体化与运作的准市场化,深度挖掘高校体育文化"等工作,这些正是体育强国前进中必不可少的条件。

According to analysising the relevant studies about college physical education by the use of the literature material law, under the background of the construction of powerful sports nation, college physical education met some problems and perplexities, for example, students＇ healthy fitness declined; the sports interest and habit were weak; colleges were out of joint with professional sport ; students were lack of deep sports literacy ; the misplacement of col- lege physical education and public sports emerged. According to discussing the deep relationship between college physical education and powerful sports nation, and the internal elements of college physical education, the necessary development ways of college physical education were establishing the educational nature and function of physical edu- cation, defining the relationship between physical education course and extracurricular sports activities, trying to sub- stantialize sports communities nearly and operate sports communities in the market -oriented operation system, revi- ving college sports culture, which were properly the essential conditions when powerful sports nation was making pro- gress.
