急性脑梗死患者治疗前、后血清TGF-B1、VEGF、HCY水平的变化及临床意义 被引量：3

摘要 同型半胱氨酸（HCY）是一种非蛋白构成的含硫氨基酸，是蛋氨酸转甲基反应的中间产物。高HCY血症是动脉硬化及血栓形成的代谢性病因之一，作为心脑血管疾病的独立危险因子而倍受临床和科研工作者的关注。转化生长因子（TGF—B1）和血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）水平的变化与微血管的培植密切相关0。本文探讨了急性脑梗死患者治疗前、后血清TGF—B1、VEGF、HCY水平的变化，并就临床价值作初步探讨，现报告如下：
