中医综合辨治法对心脾两虚型失眠患者“昼不精”影响的研究

Clinical Study on the Daytime Energy Situation of Heart-spleen Deficiency Insomnia Treated by the Therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的探讨病机与证候并重的阴阳分治法指导下的中医综合方案对心脾两虚型失眠患者日间功能状态的影响。方法将160例心脾两虚型失眠患者随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组卯时予"早醒寤方"、酉时予"早醒寐方",配合以温水足浴及针灸治疗。对照组予口服艾司唑仑治疗。疗程为14天,观察两组在治疗前、治疗7天及治疗结束时记录的Epworth量表总分变化。结果试验组能够持续稳定的改善患者日间功能状态,其相关指标均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医综合辨治法能够明显改善心脾两虚型失眠患者的日间功能状态。

Objective To investigate improvement of the daytime energy situation of heart-spleen deficiency insomnia treated by the therapy of traditional Chinese. Methods 160 patients suffering from heart-spleen deficiency type of insomnia were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group. The treatment group was given polyjuice potion named ＂ Zaoxing wu fang＂ at 7 a. m. and ＂ Zaoxingmei fang＂at 7 p.m. then 20 minutes warm water foot bath before going to bed. Besides, the patients from treatment group also received the acupuncture treatment. The control group was given estazolam. The duration of treatment lasted 14 days. Patients of the both groups were measured at the beginning, 7 days and the end Of the treatment by The Epworth Sleepiness Scale. Results After treatment, the improvement of the daytime energy situation in the treatment group was superior to that of the control group, with statistically differences （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The daytime energy situation is sustained improved by the therapy of traditional Chinese medicine.
