半夏泻心汤加味联合马来酸曲美布汀治疗肠易激综合征的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Irritable Bwel Syndrome by Banxia Xiexin Decoction and Trimebutine Maleate

目的观察半夏泻心汤加味联合马来酸曲美布汀治疗肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法共观察80例肠易激综合征患者,随机分为两组,治疗组45例,口服半夏泻心汤加味及马来酸曲美布汀治疗,对照组口服马来酸曲美布汀治疗,疗程为8周。结果治疗组治愈10例,显效22例,有效11例,无效2例,总有效率为95.56%;对照组治愈5例,显效9例,有效10例,无效11例,总有效率为68.57%。治疗组疗效明显好于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论半夏泻心汤加味联合马来酸曲美布汀治疗肠易激综合征有良好的疗效。

Objective This observation Banxia xiexin decoction add and subtract joint Trimebutine Maleate therapy for irritable bowel syndrome clinical curative effect. Methods 80 cases were observed irritable bowel syndrome were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group in 45 cases take Banxia xiexin decoction and Trimebutine Maleate,The control group take Trimebutine Maleate,Treatment for eight weeks. Results The treatment group 10 cases were cured,Powerfully 22 cases,Effective 11 cases,lnvalid in 2 cases,The total effective rate was 95.56% ; The control group 5 cases were cured,Powerfully 9 cases, effective 10 cases,effectiveness and 11 cases, the total effective rate was 68.57%. The curative effect of treatment group was better than control group, significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Banxia xiexin decoction add and subtract joint Trimebutine Maleate therapy for irritable bowel syndrome has good curative effect.
