肤光方及其加减方的止痒药效观察

Pharmacodynamic Action Observe of Fuguang Prescription and its Modified-classified Prescription Antipruritic

目的观察肤光方及其加减方的止痒效果。方法通过采用豚鼠瘙痒模型,观察肤光方及其加减方对磷酸组织胺所致豚鼠皮肤瘙痒的影响。结果与生理盐水组(NS)比较,肤光组(A)差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);祛风止痒组(B),清热解毒组(C)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与阳性对照组1比较,A,B差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);C差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与阳性对照组2比较,A差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B,C差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肤光方具有明显的止痒作用。

Objective To observe the effect of Fuguang Prescription and its modified-classified prescription on antipruritic. Methods By using the guinea pig itch model, to observe the influence of Fuguang Prescription and its modified-classified prescription on itching of guinea pigs caused by phosphoric acid histamine. Results Compared with NS group, there is statistical significance in group A （ P 〈 O0 05 ） , and none of B group and C group（P 〉0.05） ; Compare with the positive control group 1 ,there is statistical significance in group A and B group （P 〈 0.05 ） , and no of C group （ P 〉 0. 05 ） ; Compare with the positive control group 2, there is statistical significance in group A （ P 〈 0.05） , and none of B group and C group（P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Fuguang Prescription has obvious effection on the itching.
