中西医结合治疗亨特氏面瘫的疗效研究

A Study of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment on Hunter's Facial Paralysis Curative Effect

目的观察内科基础治疗与针刺联合疗法对亨特氏面瘫的影响。方法选用急性期亨特氏面瘫患者40例,随机分为两组,治疗组采用静滴营养神经、抗病毒、口服糖皮质激素、面部按摩等治疗,10天后加用针灸疗法;对照组不进行针刺治疗,余治疗不变。结果治疗组与对照组疗效进行比较,差异有显著的统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论中西医结合疗法对亨特氏面瘫患者在营养神经、减轻水肿、减少后遗症等方面有较好的疗效。

Objective To observe the effects how the basic medical clinic treatment and acupuncture combined therapy to hunt＇s facial paralysis. Methods Choose 40 cases patients about the acute phase hunter＇s facial paralysis and randomly divided them into two groups： one was called treatment group and use static drops of nutrition neural, antivirus, oral corticosteroids, facial massageand other treatment to them, 10 days later add with acupuncture treatment ; The other was contrast group with no acupuncture therapy, the following treatments were same. Results the comparative study of treatment group and contrast group curative effect has a significant difference about statistical significance （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The combine therapy with traditional Chinese and western medicine to Hunt＇s facial paralysis patients has good effects in nutrition nerve, reduce edema, reduce sequela and other aspects.
