中西医结合治疗青少年近视的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Teen-agers Myopia by Combining Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

目的评价中西医结合治疗青少年近视的疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的患者随机分入空白组、标准对照组、治疗组,对各组患者进行用眼健康教育,空白组不使用药物,标准对照组使用西药治疗,治疗组使用中西医结合治疗,比较三组间在显效率、降低近视屈光度方面的差异。结果在显效率方面,治疗组疗效优于空白组、标准对照组(P<0.05);在降低近视屈光度方面,治疗组优于空白组、标准对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗青少年近视的综合治疗方案疗效显著。

Objectlve Combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment evaluation teen-agers myopia curative effect. Methods The patients were divided randomly into the blank group, the standard control group, the treatment group, each group of patients received health education, the blank group did not use drugs, the standard control group use western medicine therapy, the treatment group received combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment, compare the differences of curative effect among the three groups. Results In terms of curative efficiency, the treatment group was better than the blank group, the standard control group （P 〈 0.05 ） ; In the reduce diopter aspects, the treatment group was better than the blank group, the standard control group. （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of teen-agers myopia scheme curative effect is distinct.
