摘要
青年教师作为承担我国高校大学英语教育工作的中坚力量,其专业能力直接影响着我国英语学科建设的前途。以大学英语青年教师认识与运用反思教学的情况作为研究目标,运用定量分析方法,调查大学英语青年教师反思教学观念与行为及其影响因素,并就研究结果提出提升大学英语青年教师专业能力的实施途径。
Young teachers constitute the major part of English teaching staff and their professional development will directly affect the future of the English Course Construction in our country. This paper, by making use of the young college English teachers' recognition and application of the reflective teaching as the target of research and through the method of a quantitative analysis, probes into the conception, the behaviors and the influential factors of the reflective teaching that has been practiced by young college English teachers, and puts forward some ways of implementation to promote the professional ability of the young college English teachers in regard to the result of the research.
