农民工融入城市是农民工自身的利益诉求、国家现代化发展的内在需要和实现社会稳定和谐的必然要求。改革开放以来农民工融入城市取得了显著进展,同时又面临多重困境。因此,应当加快推进制度创新和采取有力举措,进一步破除农民工融入城市的各种制度性障碍,进一步提高农民工素质和优化城市人口吸纳能力,进一步推动中央统筹规划和地方分类实施的有机结合。
