中小金融机构由于内控不严、经营不善、监管不到位等原因,容易形成风险隐患。如不及早防范,及时化解和依法处置,可能由局部风险引发系统性金融风险、势必影响我国金融、社会稳定。在风险处置中,地方政府应充分发挥行政优势,采取积极有效的措施,防范和化解金融风险,并建立长效机制,促进金融经济发展,保持社会稳定。

The small and middle financial institutions are easily to meet the financial risk because of their less monitoring and inner control, poor business operation so that it is very easy to appear the financial risk.If it is not to solve these problems it may appear the whole financial risk from the part to the whole front. This will bring the financial front risk of the whole country. In order to control of financial risk the local government should display the priority of administration and effective measures to prevent the financial risk, to complete the effective mechanism and to promote economic progress to stable society.
