主体间性理论对高校思想政治教育工作的启示

主体间性以个人主体性为基础,强调主体间平等、理解、对话、交流的和谐关系,把思想政治教育看作教育者与受教育者之间的交往活动,是人性化、科学化、合理化的思想政治教育。本文主要剖析了主体间性思想政治教育的内涵、实现途径和遵循原则,重点分析了主体间性思想政治教育对高校思想政治教育的启示:坚持以人为本、面向学生生活、注重语言交流的艺术性、发挥好价值引导作用。

Inter-subjectivity based on personal subjectivity,stressed inter-subjectivity equality,understanding,dialogue,the exchange of the harmonious relationship between the ideological and political education as the exchanges between educators and the educated,humane,scientific,rationalization of the ideological and political education.This paper profiling inter-subjectivity ideological and political education of the connotation,ways and to follow the principle of focus on analysis of intersubjectivity ideological and political education of ideological and political education of revelation：adhere to the peopleoriented student life,focus on the art of language communication,play the value guiding role.
