调查表明,新建地方本科院校英语教师的语言能力离学生的要求有较大的差距。为促进教师的专业发展,提高教师的英语水平和课堂教学质量,新建地方本科院校需要改变对外语教师的评价体系和激励机制。

The survey show that there is a large gap between the new local universities teachers of English language ability from the student＇s request.To promote the professional development of teachers,to improve teachers＇ English proficiency and the quality of classroom instruction,the new local universities need to change the evaluation system and incentives for foreign language teachers.
