近年来,院校的改革和发展,使职称评聘工作中一些深层次的问题和矛盾逐渐暴露出来,直接影响了职称管理工作的正常进行,也在一定程度上挫伤了广大教师的工作积极性。所以每年职评工作中存在着大量的思想政治工作,如何做好这项工作,是各院校每年必须正视和亟待解决的现实问题,对这项工作的普遍规律和特殊矛盾进行深入研究,会为高职院校思想政治工作人员提供一些有益的参考与工作借鉴。
