摘要
博士后在推动高校师资队伍建设中扮演着十分重要的角色。本文首先分析了高校加强师资队伍建设的必要性,指出了博士后对师资队伍建设的促进作用,提出了加强优化博士后制度,加强师资队伍建设的有效措施。
Post-doctor plays an important role in promoting the construction of the teaching staff in university.The paper first analyzes the necessity of strengthening the teaching staff in Universities,and points out effective measures for strengthening the teaching staff and optimizing the post-doctoral system.
