摘要
我们从幼儿园实际情况出发,关注教师的情感需求和实践体验,通过形式多样的集体教研活动,以独立备课、分组说课、集体研课、分别上课、集体评课、修改定课的案例研讨模式,使全体教师积极参与,共同研究,形成合力,共同成长,从而促进教师专业成长的提高。
We proceed from the actual situation of the kindergarten,the emotional needs of teachers and practical experience,through various forms of collective teaching and research activities,case studies to independent preparation,grouping Lessons collective research courses,respectively,in class,collective observation and evaluation,to modify the scheduled lesson mode,so that all teachers to actively participate in joint research,and concerted efforts to grow together,thus contributing to the improve teachers professional development.
