社会工作专业本科实践教学体系设计——以湖北经济学院为例

Design of Social Work Undergraduate Practice Teaching System——Taking Hubei University of Economics for Example

社会工作专业实践教学在社会工作人才培养过程中具有重要地位,社会工作的专业特征以及职业特征都对实践教学提出了较高的要求。湖北经济学院针对内地高校在开展社会工作实践教学过程中面临的现实问题,积极整合资源,从实验室教学、校内实训、专业实习、毕业实习几个方面构建起社会工作本科实践教学体系,并从实验室建设、实习基地建设、制度建设和人才队伍建设四个方面实现保障。

Social work practice teaching has an important position in the social work training process.Both the professional features and the occupational characteristics of social work have put forward higher requirements of practice teaching in the universities.Facing the conmen problems to carry out the practice teaching in mainland,Hubei University of Economics actively integrate resources and build an undergraduate social work practice teaching system from the laboratory teaching,practical training,professional internships,and graduation practice.Also,our university set up a protecting system of four aspects：practice base building,institution building,laboratory building,and teacher training.
