The conformity is like a double-edged sword,both the positive side,also the negative aspects.Class management,teachers should use the psychological laws to eliminate the negative impact of the students ＂conformity＂,and more to play its positive impact.To work on the following four aspects：First,to create a good atmosphere of the classroom and dormitory;second,establish the positive direction of public opinion;third,develop independence;fourth,alleviate the negative group pressure.
