学校是教书育人的场所,是向下一代传授知识与文明、传播科学与真理、传承道德与精神的场所是学生成长的摇篮。而大学是其形成正确的人生观,世界观、价值观最关键的时期。而学校教工是学校教育者,构建和谐校园需要教育者从调节人与环境、人与人、人的内心与外表等三对矛盾关系着手,构建和谐校园文化,推进文化强校是我校树立和落实科学发展观的需要,与我校创建高水平有特色的一流大学的目标是一致的。为了增强校园的创造活力,必须依据学校的现实需要,构建和谐校园文化,推进文化强校的工作。
