关于独立学院外聘教师管理模式的几点思考

Reflections on Independent Colleges External Teacher Management Mode

外聘教师是独立学院师资队伍建设的重要组成部分,因此认真研究外聘教师的管理模式,保障外聘教师的教学效果,提高独立学院的教学质量显得尤为重要。然而目前独立学院外聘教师管理中存在着一些问题,本文结合天津外国语大学滨海外事学院外聘教师管理模式的现状,提出了几点建议。

External teachers is an important part of the construction of independent college faculty,seriously study the mode of management of external teachers to protect external teachers teaching effect is particularly important to improve the quality of teaching of the Independent Institute.Teacher Management of Independent Colleges there are some problems,this paper combining with the status quo of external teachers management mode in Binhai School of Foreign Affairs of Tianjin Foreign Studies University,put forward some suggestions.
