摘要
目前岗位设置工作在高校已经基本完成,然而在运行过程中还存在着不少问题,最突出的一个问题就是专业技术岗位"短缺",无法正常晋升。本文就产生岗位"短缺"现象的原因进行了分析,提出了应对思路和对策,进而为高校完善岗位设置工作提供有益的参考和借鉴。
At present the position set up in colleges and universities has been basically completed,however,there are still many problems during the operation.One of the most prominent problems is the professional and technical position "shortage".It is not functional properly for teacher to promote.In this paper,it analysis the reason of job "shortage" and responses ideas and measures,and thus provides a useful reference for colleges and universities to improve job set.
