独立学院班级建设长效机制研究

班级作为传统教学的基本单位,在高校人才培养过程中发挥了重要作用。独立学院班级建设在新形势下的高等教育中,其发展呈现出不同传统教育的特点。学生分化明显、班级目标协同困难、学风建设有待改进等,有关班级建设诸方面因素为提高独立学院办学水平提出新的要求。加大培养班干力度,提高培养班干水平;开展以增强班级凝聚力的实践活动;优化独立学院人事制度,减少人事变动对班级建设的负面影响。从加强独立学院内涵建设的高度出发,为提高应用型本科人才做积极思考。

Classes as the basic unit of traditional teaching,played an important role in the university personnel training process.Construction of independent college classes in higher education under the new situation,the development shows the different characteristics of traditional education.Students differentiation clear,the class goals collaborative difficult,and tradition construction could be improved,and new requirements of the relevant class construction aspects of factors in order to improve the level of independent colleges.Increase the intensity of training class cadres,improve the level of training classes cadres;carried out practice activities to enhance the class cohesion;Optimize the Independent Institute personnel system,to reduce the negative impact of personnel changes in the classroom building.Strengthen the connotation construction height of independent colleges and positive thinking to improve the application-oriented talents.
