我国高校毕业生正面临严峻的就业压力,以创业促就业是解决大学生就业的一个有效途径,然而真正想创业的大学生却不多。从马斯洛需求层次视角来看,当代大学生的创业观符合从生理需求到自我实现的递进层次,这可以让我们客观理解大学生的创业意愿并正确引导其有效创业。

Chinese college graduates are facing severe employment pressure,promoting employment to entrepreneurship is an effective way to solve the employment of college students,however not many college students really want to entrepreneurship.From the perspective of Maslow＇s hierarchy of needs,the contemporary concept of entrepreneurship among university students in line with the demand from the physical to the progressive levels of self-realization,which allows us to objectively understand entrepreneurship among university students the willingness and correct guide effective entrepreneurial.
