摘要
高校学习困难学生已发展成为高校不容忽视的特殊群体,受到了心理学、教育学、社会学等多个领域专家学者的高度关注和广泛研究。本文立足高校学困生自我概念、成功动机和自我效能感等心理特征分析,以罗森塔尔效应的相关原理为指导,研究教师良好的期待对学生产生积极作用的理论依据,并在此基础上提出了客观评价学生表现、引导学生正确归因、提供良好的人际关怀、增强学生自我效能感和发挥示范教育作用五项转化策略,以期为高校学困生转化研究提供参考依据。
College students with learning difficulties has developed into a special group of colleges and universities should not be overlooked by the experts and scholars in the field of psychology,education,sociology,and other highly concerned and extensive research.This article based college learning disabled students self-concept and psychological characteristics of successful motivation and self-efficacy,Rosenthal effect principle studies teacher expectations of students a positive role in the theoretical basis,and on this basis on the proposed objective evaluation of student performance,guide the students properly attributed,good interpersonal care,enhance students' self-efficacy and play model educational role the five transformation strategy,to provide a reference for college students with learning difficulties translational research.
