摘要
放弃一个学困生,对班级而言,也许只是多了百分之几的不及格率;而对他的家庭来说,则意味着百分之百的失败。因为,每个孩子都是父母唯一的、全部的希望。作为老师,不应该轻言放弃。学困生都有或轻或重的心理障碍,教师应该先透视他们的心理的表现,挖掘造成他们这种心理的根源,然后针对情况进行疏导。
Give up a student with learning difficulties,in terms of class,perhaps just a few percent failure rates;for his family,it means that 100 percent failure.Because every child is a parents only hope.As a teacher,should not give up easily.Students with learning difficulties or have a light or a heavy psychological barriers,teachers should first perspective the performance of their psychological,digging the root cause of their psychological,then to ease the situation.
