The paper Based on the situation about Ningxia Polytechnic which is one of the lO0-state -level model college, some ideas that project driving teaching, building special major, improving teachers＇ ability, enriching campus activities were put forward. The aim was to train advanced technology talents who mastered professional skills, comprehensive qualities in manufactory, man- agement, service area. The popularity and compositeness of Ningxia Polytechnic will be improved in society.
