目前IT行业的主流语言仍是英语,而整个行业又急需大量既懂专业知识又熟悉英语的复合型高技能的人才。在这样的行业需求背景下,文章以C语言程序设计课程为例分析了计算机专业实施双语教学的重要性和可行性,从学生、师资、教材三个方面进行了深入的分析,并提出结合网络平台实施双语教学资源库的建设构想。

Currently, English is still the mainstream language of IT industry, which makes the industry urgently needs talents who master not only professional knowledge but English. Under such background, the article makes C programming as an example, which analyzes the importance and feasibility of bilingual education and combines with network to implement the teaching resource library from four perspectives： students, teachers, teaching books and the major.
