摘要
对于"民族"这个词的定义和理解,我们一直在马克思、恩格斯19世纪中期提出的民族理论的基础上,受斯大林"民族"定义的影响,很难有一个"中国化"的界定,2005年中国首次对"民族"做出解释,这不仅是在尊重国情的基础上实施民族区域自治政策工作的重大进展,同时也是马克思主义民族理论中国化的具体体现。
