随着我国社会经济和高等教育的发展,工商管理专业人才供求错位矛盾日益突出。文章分析了当前我国高校工商管理专业开办和学生就业的现状,从人才培养的角度说明了工商管理专业学生就业率低的原因,并在此基础上,探讨了独立学院工商管理专业人才培养模式的改革。

Along with the development of the social economy and higher education of our country, the supply and demand contradiction of business management professionals is outstanding increasingly. This article analyzed the present situation of business administration education and students employment in our country university, and explained the reason of low em- ployment rate of the business management students from the view of the training point, and on this basis, discussed how to reform the personnel training mode of business and management professional in the independent collelze.
